On the morning of the race, the following road closures will occur:
- 7:30 a.m. - Lendew Street between Enterprise and Green Valley Road. (Reopen at 11:30 a.m.)
- 8:30 a.m. - Green Valley Road between the main entrance to The Women's Hospital of Greensboro and Benjamin Parkway. (Reopen at 11 a.m.)
- 9 a.m. - Benjamin Parkway between Green Valley Road and Elam Avenue. (Reopen at 10:30 a.m.)
- 9 a.m. - Elam Avenue between Benjamin Parkway and Friendly Avenue (except for emergency services traffic to Wesley Long Community Hospital. (Reopen at 10:30 a.m.)
- 9:30 a.m. - Friendly Avenue between Elam Avenue and Green Valley Road (west bound lane). (Reopen at 10:15 a.m.)
